Week 2 – Two weeks into the building your future home,. This is a very exciting stage of the build, watching the Wall Frame go up. Now you can start to see the size and shape of each of the rooms. 10 weeks to go!

In week 3 of the 12 week build we see the roof installation. At OJ Pippin homes you can choose either a tiled roof as shown above or a colorbond styled roof.

In Week 4 this home is really starting to take shape, the windows are installed, the bricklayers have completed the bricks and mortar on the outside and the plasters sheets have been delivered.

In Week 5 the electrician has finalised all the wiring, all the plaster board has been erected and the plumber has completed the rough in for the bathrooms and kitchen. 7 weeks to go to complete the OJ Pippin Homes 12 week build.

Now half way through the OJ Pippin home 12 week building process, all the cabinetry is installed including the kitchen, bathroom vanities, wardrobe and doors. The wet seal has been applied so that next week tiler can complete the bathroom. On the outside all the rubbish and ground leveled.

After week 7 the owners of this property can see from the photos provided that the internal painting has started, all the tiling in the bathrooms and kitchen has been completed. The driveway has been concreted and the outdoor alfresco area’s have are prepared for the concrete to be poured.

Now that all the internal painting is completed, the floor tiles can be layed and the light & fan fittings installed. Externally the plaster rendering is installed to give a fresh finish on the facade.

In week 10 of the 12 week build, internally the site has been totally cleaned from top to bottom, all the dust and grime from the building process is removed and this brand new home is now has carpets. Externally the ground is leveled and top soil is distributed across the property so the turf can be laid.

In week 9 all the rubbish and waste is removed so the site can get cleaned. The blinds, dishwasher and air conditioner has been installed as these items and appliances are included in the OJ pippin Full Turn Key House and land inclusions.

Only two weeks till hand over to the new owners so the landscapers are busy landscaping and fencing the property.
