Carseldine Two Storey Home Design

Follow along as we see the progress of this new house being built in Carseldine. Selected from the OJ Pippin Homes standard floorplan designs, the Parkway two storey home design façade is impressive looking house and a well thought-out floorplan.

Stage 1  – Before OJ Pippin homes start building on a site a Preliminary site inspection of the proposed land development is essential to attend a good understanding of the scope of work required. After the site is cleared, the trenches for the under slab plumbing is positioned and then the footings and concrete slab is poured. The materials for the frame have been delivered.

Stage 2 –The lower house frame has been erected and the second storey is going up.

Stage 3 – The roof trusses have been mounted and the roof is now installed, on the lower section the bricks are being laid.  Further carpentry is undertaken on the house for internal fixtures.

Stage 4 –   All the glass components are now secured into position. External bricking is now complete and the plasterboard has been installed throughout.

Stage 5 – Carpenters have almost completed the external cladding on the upper level. Inside a lot is happening, the waterproof is done and the tilers are preparing the floors. Plasters have mounted the cornices. Cabinetry has arrived for the kitchen installation.

Stage 6 – All the cabinetry in the kitchen is installed, the plaster has been sanded in preparation for painting and the tiler is starting to lay the main living area floor.

Stage 7 – The tilers have now finished, all the cabinetry has been installed in the kitchen and bathrooms.  The internal stairs have been fitted.  Outside the rendering is completed and the upper level cladding is painted.

Stage 8 – Outside this house is really starting to take shape with the rendering and painting completed and the drive way has been poured. Inside the internal painting is underway then all the fit offs can been scheduled for plumbing, wardrobes, blinds, electrical and air-conditioning.

Stage 9 – The finishing touches are now happening occurring: landscaping undertaken, builders clean to scheduled so the carpet can be laid and the stairs have been stained.

Stage 10 – Defect check has been completed and any small imperfections have been rectified before handover to the client.  After the final clean the professional photographer takes before the handover – This beautiful home is now ready for client to move into their new home.
