Follow along as we see the progress of this new house being built in Wellington Point
Selected from the OJ Pippin Homes standard floorplan designs, the Bronte 260 two storey home design facade is splendid looking house and a well thought-out floorplan.
Stage 1 – Vacant block at Wellington point which has been subdivided into 6 blocks. Before OJ Pippin homes start building on a site a Preliminary site inspection of the proposed land development is essential to attend a good understanding of the scope of work required.
Stage 2 – After the site is cleared, the trenches for the under slab pluming is positioned. The next stage is the footings and concrete slab to be poured
Stage 4 – The roof trusses have been mounted and the lower section is ready for brick laying. Further carpentry is undertaken on the house for internal fixtures.
Stage 5 – The roof is now installed and the all the glass components are now secured into position. External bricking is now complete and the plasterboard has been installed throughout.
Stage 6 – Carpenters have almost completed the external cladding on the upper level. Inside a lot is happening, the waterproof is done and the tilers are preparing the floors. Plasters have mounted the cornices. Cabinetry has arrived for the kitchen installation.
Stage 7 – The tilers have now finished and all the cabinetry has been installed in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Stage 8 – Outside this house is really starting to take shape with the rendering and painting almost completed. Inside now that the internal painting has finished all the fit offs can been scheduled for plumbing, wardrobes, Blinds, electrical and air-conditioning.
Stage 9 – The finishing touches are now happening occurring: landscaping undertaken, carpet laid.
Stage 10 – Defect check has been completed and any small imperfections have been rectified before handover to the client. After the final clean the professional photographer takes before the handover – This beautiful home is now ready for client to move into their new home.
