Splitter Block Build in Nundah

These two homes were built on a splitter block Showcasing the Hilda design with the standard and skillion roof facade options. Scroll down below to view the weekly progress photos which have been uploaded so you can see the transformation of this block being split into two builds at Nundah.  Both houses are the new Hilda Design floor layout but have very different facades

Stage 1 – Splitter block Site Cut – Block cleared, the excavator levels the land, silt barrier installed and now we are ready for the first of the deliveries.

Stage 2  – Slab has been poured now the carpenters are erecting the frame and trusses

Stage 3 – Frame and roof trusses well underway

Stage 4 – Roof installed, now plumbing and electrical rough can be done

Stage 5 – Window and sliding door installation

Stage 6 – Facade brick work underway and external doors are now hinged and the Garage door is installed we are officially at Lock up stage.

Stage 7 – Plastering now completed and the internal stairs installed

Stage 8 – The carpenters are now doing the internal fix out for doors jabs, pantry and wardrobe shelving.  first coating of internal painting completed and the kitchen and bathroom cabinets have now arrived and being fitted

Stage 9 – Floor tiling is at is final stages, and the wet area tiling is completed.

Stage 10 – External cladding, painting and rendering almost completed

Stage 11 – Internal painting completed, Appliances arrive, stone bench tops installed and kitchen tiling completed.  The fit off for the electricians and plumbers is now finalised and the first internal clean will begin.  Final electrical lights and fittings mounted. Now it’s time to finish outside.

Stage 12 – External clean up completed now prepping for drive way and the tiled patio.

Stage 14  Internal touch ups

Stage 15 Quality control – identify minor defects

Stage 16 Handover
